1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 43phcash ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 43phcash website located at 43phcash.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Services").

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 43phcash are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya,
BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported Philippine payment channels.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
- Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your 43phcash account settings. These limits may be adjusted based on your account verification level and transaction history.
- Source of Funds: 43phcash only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from a third-party account may be confiscated and the account suspended.

5. Bonuses & Promotions
43phcash offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

Fraud & Chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms. 43phcash reserves the right to pursue recovery of any funds obtained through fraudulent chargebacks through all available legal means.
8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 43phcash platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

In no event shall 43phcash's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 43phcash account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination & Account Closure
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:
- By You: You may close your 43phcash account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
- By 43phcash: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination of your account by 43phcash for cause (including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct), any balance in your account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at our discretion. 43phcash will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of account termination for cause.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after account closure.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 43phcash, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
